We request that you inform us of any allergens, current injuries and illness prior to any services/treatments. This is to ensure proper care are given & scheduled treatments do not, in any way, interfere with any medical issues you have. Your health & well-being is important to us.

SICK POLICY

In order to provide the highest quality of care while protecting our clients and ourselves. We kindly asked if you are “SICK”. Which means if you have any kind of symptoms.

Example: Cold, Flu, or any kind of Viruses etc..

We kindly asked if you can reschedule your appointment. PLEASE be symptom FREE for 48-72 hours before coming to your appointment. If you need to reschedule your appointment due to illness, we will be more than happy to work with you to get you back in as soon as you are feeling well again.

APPOINTMENTS

ALL APPOINTMENTS ARE NOW REQUIRED DEPOSIT PRIROR TO CONFIRM BOOKING. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment.

If you arrive 15 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled. This is to ensure our client's scheduled appointments stays on track.

CANCELLATION We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. This policy is to protect us and allows us to have enough time to fill appointment with another guest. Late cancellation will be a lost to your deposit for your appointment.
NO SHOWS will be charge 100% of the service booked. (Please note that canceling via Social Media, Text Messaging is NOT ACCEPTABLE for it will not be seen in time)

REPAIRS

We HONOR a 3 day repair policy. All repairs brought to our attention within 72 hours period will be repaired FREE OF CHARGE. Any repairs reported or made after that time WILL BE CHARGE a repair fee.

PERSONAL PROPERTY

We are not responsible for any lost items.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

EXPIRED gift certificates cannot be redeemed. LOST/STOLEN gift certificates cannot be replaced
